Self-compassion and mindfulness practice make this very clear. Mindfulness can help leaders realize that after burnout, or problems, there can be an encore, comeback, second chance, or redemption.

Two Day Program Mindfulness and Restorative Practicees

This two-day program will be offered on January 15th and 16th, 2019 at the Macomb University Center. It will feature Dr. Caryn Wells, and Bill Boyle who trains people in Restorative Practices. It will also be offered on March 5 and 6, 2019. Registration will be available in the fall of 2018; sponsored by Oakland University.
